Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of productbox.dev (the "Site"), operated by Productbox ("Productbox", "we", "us"). By browsing the Site, submitting our contact form, or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Productbox is a software engineering studio that designs, builds, and operates HIPAA-compliant digital health products and AI agents. The Site describes our services, clientele, and ways to get in touch; it is informational and does not, by itself, constitute a service agreement.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or related networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including via scraping at scale, bots, or automated data extraction beyond normal search-engine indexing.
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious content through our contact form.
• Use the Site to transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code.

The Site, including its design, layout, text, graphics, and the Productbox name and logo, is owned by Productbox and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content or branding without our prior written permission.

Submitting a form, booking a call, or otherwise expressing interest through the Site does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. The scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, data handling terms (including any BAA), and other commitments for an actual engineering engagement are set out exclusively in a separate, signed services agreement between Productbox and the client. Where these Terms and a signed services agreement conflict on a project matter, the services agreement controls.

The Site links to and relies on third-party services: including Calendly for scheduling, and LinkedIn and Instagram for social presence. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site accurate and current but don't guarantee it is free of errors or omissions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Productbox will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Peshawar, Pakistan, unless a separate signed agreement between you and Productbox specifies otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
